Meet the Permanent Secretary, Bayelsa State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure

Raymond Angaye was born April 24, 1973. he hails from Okoloba Community in Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Mr Angaye is an astute administrative officer in the Bayelsa State Civil Service, known for his meticulous rise through the ranks. His dedication and expertise earned him appointment as Permanent Secretary on November 19, 2024, by His Excellency, Governor Douye Diri.

Following his appointment, he was first posted to the Ministry of Transport from December 24, 2024, to May 28, 2025, before transitioning to the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure. His extensive experience and leadership continue to shape the civil service in Bayelsa State.
