This is to inform residents, motorists, and commercial tipper drivers that the recently completed Agbura-Oxbow Lake Road will be closed to traffic from 6.00 am on Saturday, April 18, 2026, to Monday, April 20, 2026.
The road is scheduled to be commissioned on Monday, April 20, 2026 by the former Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, GCON. The temporary closure is necessary to allow for a thorough clean-up and final preparation of the road ahead of the commissioning ceremony.
During this period, motorists are advised to use alternative routes.We also use this medium to invite all Bayelsans and the general public to the commissioning event.We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
